NELMAR Security Packaging Systems Inc. is dedicated exclusively to manufacturing a patented tamper-evident system for the safe transfer of currency, checks and all other valuables. Under the trademark names SECUR-PAK™, FRAUDSTOPPER™ and FRAUDSTOPPER ICE™, we've been providing security packaging products to major banks, retailers, armored car carriers, pharmaceutical companies, restaurants, casinos, medical institutions and law enforcement agencies since 1987. Over the course of those years, our products and manufacturing techniques have evolved to the point where we have become a true leader in innovation and quality in the security packaging industry.

NELMAR’s new corporate headquarters and 150,000 square foot production facility are located in Terrebonne, Quebec (just north of Montreal). Our facility is equipped specifically for the manufacture of products related to security packaging. Our extensive worldwide distribution network allows us to ship directly to our customers’ locations or to their distribution centres.

NELMAR currently operates twenty bag-making machines, including new state-of-the-art machines designed specifically for security packaging products. This equipment has revolutionized the manufacturing process and has enhanced the overall quality of our already industry-leading products. NELMAR’s bag-making machines incorporate hot-melt extrusion and bar-coding machines (both inkjet and thermal transfer style) as integral components.

The addition of our new bag-making machinery enables NELMAR to manufacture over 450 million security packaging products each year.

NELMAR also operates a high-tech 8-color printing press. This press utilizes the latest in sleeve and gearless technology, greatly reducing changeover times and increasing print speeds.

Our new 3-layer co-extrusion lines for the manufacture of plastic film gives NELMAR total process control, from R&D to extrusion to printing to bag-making to warehousing and distribution. NELMAR is continuing its vertical integration and technological growth with the goal of developing the most cutting-edge security packaging products.
