NELMAR's new corporate headquarters and its 150,000 square foot production facility are located in Montreal, Canada. Our factory is dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of products related to security packaging. Our sales force is spread throughout North America and we have an extensive worldwide distribution network. We can ship directly to our customers' locations or to their distribution centres.

NELMAR currently operates twenty bag-making machines and a new state-of-the-art 8-color printing press. This press utilizes sleeve and gearless technology, greatly reducing changeover times and increasing printing speeds. NELMAR's bag-making machines incorporate hot-melt extrusion and bar-coding machines (both inkjet and thermal transfer style) as integral components.

We currently have the capacity to produce over 250 million security packaging products each year.

A key recent addition to our factory is a 3-layer co-extrusion line for the manufacture of plastic film. The purchase of this new machine has contributed to our vertical integration and is another step in our constant commitment to technological growth and to developing cutting-edge security packaging systems. This enables us to better serve our existing client base and to continue valuable growth within our market.
