EDI
NELMAR currently offers EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) technology to communicate with large retailers and banks. This technology allows for the electronic transmission of purchase orders, order entry, invoicing and electronic funds transfers.

ACH PROCESSING

SUMMARY BILLING
For customers with multiple locations, NELMAR offers Summary Billing, which is available in either electronic or paper versions. This system provides a single 'summary' statement, with usage broken out to the level of detail requested by the client. Benefits of this system include the ability it affords a company to monitor the summary invoice and to track exactly how each cost center is spending against its budget.

E-COMMERCE/INTERNET BASED ORDERING
NELMAR can customize an e-commerce program for you, allowing all of your locations to place their orders on-line. We have the capability of customizing an ordering site specific to your company, featuring an on-line order form listing the security packaging products that you currently purchase through NELMAR. Your on-line payments can be processed by credit card, ACH or billing. We use a technology that secures and encrypts all transactions using a 128-bit SSL (Secure-Socket Layer) Certificate. This system is a very quick, efficient and safe way to place all of your orders on-line. It saves you time by increasing the availability of our services, providing you and your customers with around-the-clock access to order placement.

DISTRIBUTION CAPABILITIES
As part of NELMAR's Cash Management Program, our customers can define their requirements. We are experienced in the design, production, secure warehousing, distribution and report management for all of the security packaging products we offer.

STORE-DOOR DELIVERY
NELMAR can provide Store-Door Delivery of deposit products, saving our customers time and money. We can produce and warehouse tamper-evident deposit bags for all current and future shipment needs.

PICK AND PACK
Utilizing our 'Pick and Pack' service, our customers can order 'as needed'; products are normally shipped within 24 hours. Our customers can also establish 'automatic shipment' for their locations to receive annual, semi-annual, or quarterly shipments.
