My late father had this advice for me: "Your business is like your child. If you take care of it, nurture it and help it grow, it will grow up and take care of you. If you don’t pay attention to it, it will run out into the street and into the path of oncoming traffic. It won’t survive without your undivided attention".

Like the child on the road to adulthood, suffering scrapes and bruises along the way, we have managed to grow into an incredibly mature, efficient and caring entity.
